Deep Hole Scraping / Skiving Rolling MachineDeep Hole Scraping / Skiving Rolling Machines are suitable for steel pipes having small dimension. These versatile equipments can perform skiving, boring and burnishing of work pieces within short duration. These are equipped with oil pressure head, hydraulic calliper, coolant section, energy efficient motor and automatic lubrication system. Managed by PLC, these horizontal types automatic Deep Hole Scraping / Skiving Rolling Machines can maintain 36 mm to 150 mm boring hole diameter range, less than 200 mm center height and 280 nm output torque of spindle. These consist of necessary components like AC servo motor with 45kw motor power, AC infeed motor 28 nm power, 4 CCBM volume coolant chamber and 1.5kw AC hydraulic pump motor. Prolonged working life is one of the main features of these equipments.
