Deep Hole Honing MachineDeep Hole Honing Machines are used to process cylindrical holes having standard depth on work pieces. Design and mechanism of these equipments differ as per their application types. Featured with horizontal structure, these cast iron made PLC controlled equipment can maintain up to 500 mm honing dimension and maximum 6000 mm honing length. Powered by 11 kw inverter motor with infinite speed variation technology, these Deep Hole Honing Machines are appreciated for their prolonged working life. These consist of necessary parts like 1.5kW coolant motor, coolant pump with 100L/min flow level, coolant chamber with 950l volume and reciprocating motor with 7.5kW capacity. Base of their welded bed is treated with tempering and aging treatment technology to ensure their structural stability.
