Our indexable BTA drilling head features an internal chip removal structure, consisting of cutter body, guide pads, carbide inserts and fixing screws. For drilling heads above 65mm, nylon support is equipped for stable processing.
The cutter body is manufactured from highquality steel with precise heat treatment for high rigidity. Cutting inserts and standardsize guide pads are imported premium parts; guide pads for specifications over 65mm are selfdeveloped and produced.
