2. Main Features

The machine bed adopts super cast iron, featuring excellent precision retention and structural stability.

Square rolling linear guides are adopted for workpiece and tool movement, with high precision and great rigidity.

The servo spindle motor drives spindle rotation via a reduction mechanism, enabling stepless speed regulation of the spindle.

The servo feed motor drives the rack-and-pinion structure through a reducer, so that the tool moves forward and backward at the set speed.

The mechanical structure is driven by servo motor to control the expansion and contraction of the honing head.

 The machine is equipped with simple safety protection cover.

Cutting fluid supply system: equipped with magnetic filter and paper bag filtration device.

Adopt PLC control system.

Electric cabinet equipped with air conditioner.
